One of the first students at AGS, from Brazil, is working in the fields of consulting and information technology. Holding an MBA from UCLA, this individual chose to attend AGS to "expand my knowledge of organizational behavior and treatment; to further understand how related fields apply to organizations; to share experiences in dealing with organizations; to enrich my way of thinking, challenging hidden biases; and to establish personal and professional
relationships with colleagues." This graduate candidate has published several articles in Brazilian EDP trade papers and magazines, and a book on strategic and tactical planning.
This student from Korea works in the position of Senior Human Resource Development Manager for a world leader in the semiconductor industry. Holding a business administration degree from Marburg University in Germany, and an engineering degree from Korea University, this individual joined AGS in order "To learn both classical and contemporary theories of organizational development and change."
The Vice General Manager in charge of finance, administration and HR Management at a
major company in China, this individual came to AGS with a degree in economics and an advanced degree in systemic management theory. This student came to AGS with nineteen years of service as a management analyst and change agent for a branch of the US Armed Services. With a Masters of Science Technology from Pepperdine University, other educational achievements and awards in the field,
this individual wished to further "develop my own change management methodology with a focus on government and nonprofit organizations, develop my personal business as a technologist, consultant and lecturer, and help transform people, products and processes through knowledge management." This student has authored several publications and research papers in the area of knowledge management.
This individual achieved a Masters Degree from ITESM (Monterrey Tech), and accepted an appointment there, teaching for nearly a decade and working with a Manufacturing and Quality research center developing practical projects for local industries. ITESM has a reputation for academic excellence and is the strongest private university in Mexico. Director and
founder of a technological consulting firm with an impressive client list, and cofounder of another, this student enrolled in AGS "because I consider that it fits very well with my professional interests." This student also expressed an interest in attending the Ph.D. program not "for the title, but for the experience and the knowledge."
The Chief of Information Technology and special consultant at a health services research
organization in Norway, this individual came to AGS with an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo and a second graduate degree in engineering from Macedonia. This student said, "I feel that we need a managerial system that is based on hard rules but that allows for innovations to thrive. We need a simple, transparent

This organizational consultant, project manager and trainer has worked with major governing entities such as the police, Chamber of Commerce, municipalities, broadcasting authorities, colleges, banks and justice systems in Israel.
